I watched a “Sex and the City” episode and the guy was on a date with Carrie (Jessica Parker). He had a sty in his eye and asked Carrie if she noticed it which she did not until he pointed it out. I feel like that when I go out because I have a sty in my eye that doesn’t seem to go away. I feel like everyone must notice it. My doctor told me to put warm compresses on it and it is still there after several weeks. Not sure what to do next and don’t feel like going back to the doctor.

Be careful when it comes to your eyes. I just read this about pink eye. Go to aao.org:
Several reports suggest that SARS-CoV-2 can cause a mild follicular conjunctivitis otherwise indistinguishable from other viral causes, and possibly be transmitted by aerosol contact with conjunctiva. However, at this point in the COVID-19 pandemic, practically any patient seen by an ophthalmologist could be infected with SARS-CoV-2, regardless of presenting diagnosis, risk factors, indication for visit or geographic location.
I would definitely go to the doctor. That’s a long time to still have a sty in your eye.
