Arthritis Pain in Shoulder

I’ve had severe arthritis pain for several years now in my shoulder. I take acetaminophen, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, cymbalta, hyaluronic acid injections, etc. I wonder if anyone else has any suggestions. I can control the pain somewhat but it is really intense. I also try cold and hot treatments and to eat healthier. I have lost a little weight. I guess the only other option is surgery but I was really hoping to hold off on that. My doctor tells me to keep trying.
