Acne in your 60’s?

I had bad acne beginning in my teens. It was awful. But my acne didn’t go away no matter how much older I got, although not as bad as my teen years or 20’s. Now I am in my 60’s and I still break out!! It’s definitely not like teenage acne but I thought there was a benefit to getting older in terms of acne. Dermatologists have told me to use heavy moisturizer because I do have dry skin in a lot of areas of my face. Also thick eye cream. But believe it or not, I get small pimples under my eyes. And I still break out on my nose and cheeks. I always have red spots. I try to moisturize with oil-free moisturizer but also use mandelic acid or Retin-A. It is so disappointing to still have acne. Is it called senior acne?
